Interesting really – I had only been thinking a few minutes ago about trying to get on the volunteer team at Rio and my longer term hopes of refereeing at 2024

(I’ve just spilt my coffee on the tube … the bottom of my right leg caught most of it though so London Underground don’t have much to mop up 🙁 )

Today’s Team GB line up consists of Euan Burton and Gemma Howell. I saw Gemma the other day on the warm up mat but not Euan.
I was chatting with Chris Sherrington yesterday though (fighting on Friday). He seems very upbeat about his chances; he’s a really nice guy and I personally hope he does well.

Start of day 4 in about 2.5 hours. Time to get on the train again …. this time, without a coffee
